Effective August 30, 2026. FlyQuad operates NULLRADIAL and the no-charge Founding Batch queue covered by this notice.

What we collect

Verified ChatGPT-account email; optional name; each selected object, pattern, fit, size, material, and pairing state; optional notes; for Protocol applicants, organization and intended use; a cart code; consent time and terms version; queue status; and creation time. Quantity is fixed at one per product category. We do not collect card or bank details in this phase.

Why

To measure demand, plan samples and sizes, operate the queue, prevent obvious abuse, and send supplier-sample, final-price, payment-window, shipping, cancellation, or material update messages connected to the reservation.

Storage and sharing

Queue records are stored with the website infrastructure provider. We do not sell them. We may share only what is necessary with infrastructure or communication providers operating the queue, or when law requires it. Suppliers receive aggregate demand unless a later action explicitly authorizes order details.

Control and retention

Use the cart code and matching email on the manage-reservation page to leave the queue. Cancellation releases every cart allocation and scrubs email, name, and notes. A non-personal request key, cancelled status, product configurations, pairing codes, and cart/line codes remain as an anti-replay and inventory-integrity ledger. The integrity hash excludes contact data. Remaining active records are reviewed for deletion no later than 12 months after collection unless a paid order, legal duty, dispute, or explicit renewed consent requires longer retention.

Limits

No online transmission is risk-free. Do not put sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, biometric, or precise-location information in the notes field.

The supported Release 00 privacy-control channel is the manage-reservation page. The saved reservation reference and matching verified email let you release the allocation and scrub the contact fields immediately.
